HR Business Partner

Our client is a Fortune 500 organisation with over 100,000 professional staff across a worldwide network of offices. They are a recognised leader in terms of HR strategy, commitment and approach, thus offering a unique opportunity to learn and develop your HR career fully. They are currently looking to hire a dynamic HR Business Partner (w/m) for their offices in the Heidelberg area. Reporting to the Human Resources Director, you will provide a comprehensive HR service to a group of c.200 professional staff, ensuring that corporate HR strategy is effectively implemented at local level. As a trusted advisor to senior management, you will communicate HR strategy and execution within the business units and will be a key representative of the business at HR group level. For this role, the key focus areas will be organisational development and talent management and acquisition. You will also contribute to the design of new HR programs and policies, whilst ensuring that staffing, technologies and systems are fully leveraged. In addition to day-to-day HR business, you will also work on an exciting range of special projects.

Your profile: Degree qualified, you will have at least 5 years experience of managing complex HR programs in an international environment. You will need to have gained solid generalist experience across ALL core HR functions. Due to the size and structure of the company, you will need to be an outstanding communicator, able to succeed in large, complex organisations. Your ability to think strategically and to plan and implement change management is paramount. You should be an excellent listener who happily shares knowledge and best practice with others.
